Espejem-40 is an injectable formulation containing Esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid production. It may be prescribed for certain acid-related conditions when oral medication is unsuitable or when intravenous treatment is clinically indicated. The product is supplied as lyophilized powder in a single-dose vial with a diluent ampoule and is labelled for intravenous (I.V.) use only.
