JEXA-OZ is a combination tablet containing Ofloxacin 200 mg and Ornidazole 500 mg. It is an antimicrobial formulation prescribed for certain susceptible bacterial and protozoal infections, as determined by a qualified healthcare professional. Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that acts against susceptible bacteria, while Ornidazole is active against certain anaerobic bacteria and protozoa. This medicine should be used only on a doctor’s prescription, and the prescribed dosage and duration should be followed carefully. It is not suitable for every type of diarrhoea or gastrointestinal infection.
